I am streaming live music sessions so I use a pair of busses on my Behringer XR18 mixer to feed. Bus-power over Thunderbolt 3 is sufficient to power the UltraStudio Mini, no separate power supply is required. Im feeding a Roland V-1HDRCS into a Blackmagic Design UltraStudio Mini Recorder to feed multiple camera angles into a late 2013 MacBook Pro with a SSD and 16 gigs of RAM with WireCast 7.5.
